Smart diplomacy and Iranian-Islamic and Arab-Islamic identitychallenges in the Persian Gulf region

Smart diplomacy means the correct and intelligent use of the government and itsexecutive agents, especially the diplomatic apparatus and its executives, whichinclude politicians and diplomats, of all the material and spiritual, hard and soft,mental and objective capacities available inside the country and abroad. They useit to facilitate the achievement of goals and maintain and expand interests,especially national interests. In general, smart diplomacy is durable and effectivefor a long time in solving challenges and crises between governments. Identitydiversity in the Persian Gulf region has always faced challenges and crises relatedto Iranian-Islamic and Arab-Islamic identity conflicts in recent years. Challengesthat are caused by regional and trans-regional factors, and each of them has facedcrises and conflicts in political, economic, cultural and social relations. Thisresearch tries to investigate the role of smart diplomacy in solving the Iranian-Islamic and Arab-Islamic identity crisis in order to provide a solution to solve the aforementioned crises by identifying the factors causing the crisis and using the capabilities of smart diplomacy in this region
