Abstract:

This paper presents an ultrahigh step-up converter with a combination of a quadratic step-up converter, a multiplier cell, and three windings coupled inductors. The main merits of the suggested converter include its high voltage gain, the low voltage stress on the single power switch and most of the diodes, continuity of input current with low ripple, and the existence of common ground between the source and load. The torque of the DC motor, solar panel of the proposed boost converter and power switch are controlled by the PI controller. The suggested ultrahigh step-up converter is simulated in MATLAB and the operation validity of the proposed converter is proven with MATLAB simulation.
