Abstract:
Considering the crucial importance of the vaccine and the limited availability, the distribution of vaccines is one of the significant challenges for healthcare officials. Medical authorities must accurately identify and prioritize the vulnerable population and make the allocation process logical. This study addresses the fair allocation of vaccines, intending to increase the supply chain's resilience and reduce costs. Since we always face uncertainty in demand in the real world, the demand in the model is considered uncertain. The applicability and feasibility of the model is then demonstrated in a real case.
