Abstract:

The purpose of this study is investigate the relationship between interpersonal communicationskills of managers and the quality of work life of firefighting organization employeesin Tehran. Quality of working life is as follows the reaction of employees than work, especiallyindividual implications in job satisfaction and mental health and the development of differentforms of human social life and measures that has been adopted for administration and workflow,that we say communication skills to them. this study is from correlation type, also this researchis practical based on objective and also in terms of time, this is cross-sectional study. Statisticalsociety of this research is employees of firefighting organization in Tehran. with mount of ۵۰۰۰persons. Sampling method is simple random and according to Cochran formula, were chosen۳۵۶ people with error of ۵% as sample size. Tools of data collection are working life qualityquestionnaire of Abbasi (۲۰۱۱) and interpersonal communication skills questionnaire ofMonajemi zadeh (۲۰۱۲). Research findings suggests that there are direct relation among supportiveness,positivism, self-regulation, idealized influence and inspirational with the quality ofworking life. Also, in the end, it was found that interpersonal communication skills of managersand the quality of work life of firefighting organization employees in Tehran, have meaningfulrelationship together.
