Comparative study of liver transplant outcome in different countries abstract

Liver transplantation is an established treatment for patients with end-stage liver disease, acute liver failure, or hepatocellular cancer. Additionally, liver transplantation has been shown to be a curative treatment option for patients with recurrent attacks of acute hepatic porphyria. Liver transplantation has been shown to have high success rates for patients with end-stage liver disease, acute liver failure, or hepatocellular cancer. Furthermore, liver transplantation across MHC class I mismatches has demonstrated successful acceptance of allografts due to the tolerogenic nature of the liver. However, there is still a need to improve the success rate of liver transplantation in order to ensure positive outcomes for all patients.Based on the available data, we decided to investigate the results of liver transplantation in patients around the world with a comparative method. Although various factors have been proposed in studies to determine the outcome of liver transplant patients, but it seems that the factors related to the recipient have an effect on the results, so more extensive studies should be conducted in this regard in order to be able to identify other risk factors and More effective treatment can improve the quality of treatment and reduce transplant rejection in patients..
