Due to the socialist economy approaches in Iran, the Iranian economy is heavily dependent on government. This fact is the main weakness of Iranian economy. With 4lh rule of constitution that many experts called an economic revolution; the aim is Iranian economy transformation form centralized economy into freeeconomy. This paper explores a brief history of Iranian economic transition, fundamental principles and some strategies for this transition.At the end of this paper we introduce a model for transition from planned economy to market economy that it's derive form RAMAZANI cybernetic planning system
