A Chance Constrained Programming Model For Teller Scheduling abstract
Teller scheduling has been the topic of many articles when the teaching of introductory simulation was in mind. There are some works concentrated on using probabilistic formulation of the problem But, there is a limited number of works formulating such a problem using chance constrained programming. To develop a model for teller scheduling a briefdescription of the problem is presented This is followed by a description of the mathematical model of the problem having normally distributed random variable technological coefficients. However, three distinct mathematical programming models together with their solution procedures are described
