Abstract:
The growth of social networks has brought new opportunities to businesses, and the business structure has also been heavily influenced by them. The accessibility of millions of users worldwide to social networks has made them a focal point for organizations and commercial companies, enjoying significant popularity. The ability of social networks to handle various business processes, ranging from human resource management to customer communication, reduces costs, increases efficiency, and optimizes internal and external communications within an organization. Nowadays, businesses that utilize social networks for marketing, customer communication, internal communication, competitor engagement, and product sales are more likely to succeed. In general, in the communication age, the use of social networks is necessary for business survival and development. Companies that fail to utilize social networks miss out on the opportunity to become more effective in the market. This study proves that the use of social networks leads to business development.
