A Review Of Housing Management Policies In Iran With TheApproach Of Social Situation Analysis

Housing has been one of the most pressing issues for many strata, especially the lowincomehouseholds, in recent decades. In many cases today, not having a home does notmean being homeless, it means not owning a housing unit and having housing as a safeinvestment and a point of security for the household, especially in old age and retirement.The main purpose of this study is to investigate the housing policies of low income groupsin Iran. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical innature. A library-based approach based on government documents, articles, magazines,press and statistics was used to collect the required information. Therefore, firstly, theoverall definition of housing, housing indices and housing standards in the countries of theworld was discussed, and then the housing policies of low income groups in Iran wereevaluated. Housing has been one of the most pressing issues for many people in recentdecades, especially low-income households in Iran. In recent years, governments haveadopted various policies to meet the legal and customary expectations of low-incomehousing. The most important policies include clean housing policy, co-operative housingpolicy, rental housing policy (conditional rental), and housing and social housing
