Abstract:
Saffron is one of the most expensive spices in the world based on weight. This herb has anti-depressant effect and makes. It also helps improve gastrointestinal function. Basically, the presence of secondary metabolites, especially safranals, is the main reason for the above properties in this plant. for this purpose, various parts of Saffron flower are widely used in sanitary and pharmaceutical industries. Stigma of saffron contain a large amount of glycosylated apocartenoids responsible for the color, taste and smell of saffron, that is done in the saffron chopper. The formation process of apocartenoids is accomplished by an oxidative failure process. Biosynthesis of this important component of many enzymes involved in the late phases of the production of safranal, a variety of precursors. The two main groups of major enzymes in this process are isopentyl diphosphate isomerase (IPP isomerase) and epsilon cyclase (Epsilon cyclase). These gene’s Segments were replicated such ۷۰۲ cDNA pair-nucleotides and a segment such ۱۵۰۱ of DNA’s pair-nucleotides. The gene codes a protein that was composed of ۲۳۴ amino acids that has MYB sequence box. Analysis of protein’s molecular structure and homological modeling of the protein indicated that it has a regular structure. These enzymeys reacts with carotenoid production from lycopene. The purpose of this study was to investigate the induction promoters of these genes in order to enable the use of bioinformatics tools to activate the promoter elements, and the internal and environmental factors influencing the expression of the genes regulated by these promoters.
