Abstract:

این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به سه سوال به هم مرتبط و وابسته به یکدیگر، درباره چیستی، چرایی و چگونگی توسعه مدیریت منابع انسانی مبتنی بر شواهد می باشد. روش مرور نظام مند در بررسی و جمع آوری ادبیات و فرا تحلیل تفسیری کیفی در ترکیب و تفسیر مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. ۲۵ مقاله اصلی در طی فرایند جستجو، ترکیب و تفسیر، انتخاب و مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند که در نهایت  به کشف پنج نوع دیدگاه غالب درباره مفهوم مدیریت منابع انسانی مبتنی بر شواهد منجر شد. همین طور شواهدی متفاوت، اگرچه نه چندان قوی درباره اهمیت اتخاذ چنین رویکردی نسبت به مدیریت منابع انسانی در سازمان ها به دست آمد و در نهایت با رجوع و کاوش در ادبیات مربوط به چگونگی توسعه این رویکرد در حوزه های پزشکی و مراقبت های بهداشتی سعی شد تا چارچوبی برای توسعه آن در حوزه مدیریت منابع انسانی ارائه شود. همچنین این نوشته برای توسعه رویکرد مبتنی بر شواهد بخش هایی را که باید روی آن کارکرد، معرفی می کند.
