Abstract:

رفتارهای تاثیرگذار کارکنان در محیط های سازمانی ملموس و قابل مشاهده است. این رفتارها نه تنها بر تصمیم ها و پیامدهای سازمانی بلکه بر مسیر حرفه ای افراد در سازمان موثرند. یکی از مهم ترین موضوعات در ارتباط با مسیر حرفه ای افراد در سازمان، رفتارهای تاثیر گذاری است که به منظورهای متفاوت از جمله ارتقای آنها صورت می گیرد. با توجه به اهمیت این امر، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاکتیک های مختلف مدیریت تاثیر بر مسیر حرفه ای صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع پیمایشی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکرد کمی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی و به طور مشخص مبتنی برمدلیابی معادلات ساختاری است. در مدل تحلیلی پژوهش تاکتیکهای مدیریت تاثیرمتغیر مستقل، مسیر حرفه ای متغیر وابسته و متغیرهای جنسیت، سن، سابقه کاروتحصیلات متغیر تعدیل گر میباشند. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که تاکتیک های مدیریت تاثیر بر مسیر حرفه ای اثر مثبت و تعیین کننده دارند.
