ملاحظات سازمانی گذار به اقتصاد یادگیرنده در ایران abstract

نوآوری در کشورهای در حال توسعه کمتر از حد انتظار است، بنابراین این کشورها نیازمند توجه به پارادایمی متفاوت برای توسعه - مانند اقتصاد یادگیرنده - هستند که با تمرکز بر یادگیری مولد و رویکرد عمل، استفاده و تعامل به نوآوری، بستر مورد نیاز برای ایجاد و اشاعه تعاملات غیر رسمی به منظور اکتساب دانش فنی مورد نیاز را فراهم آورد. در این مقاله، عوامل موثر بر گذار به اقتصاد یادگیرنده در ایران مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. رویکرد پژوهش، استقرایی و نحوه انجام آن، کیفی بوده و بر اساس تئوری داده بنیاد، مضامین یازده گانه و ابعاد قابل توجه در این رابطه استخراج شده اند. با توجه به نقش و اهمیت سازمان در رابطه با مضامین و ابعاد مشخص شده، ملاحظات سازمانی گذار به اقتصاد یادگیرنده در ایران شامل سازمان یادگیرنده، نایادگیری سازمانی، یادگیری سیاستی و ظرفیت سازمانی و ظرفیت جذب و قابلیت سازمانی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته اند.
