جذب کارکنان شایسته و ماهر و همچنین نگهداشت نیروی های فعلی به یکی از مهم ترین دغدغه های سازمان ها و کسب وکارهای پیشرو، در فضای رقابتی و پویای امروز تبدیل شده است. ارزش پیشنهادی کارکنان در قالب مجموعه ای از پیشنهاد ها و ارزش ها، محرکی کلیدی برای جذب استعدادهای برتر در بازار کار بوده و ضمن ایجاد رضایت شغلی برای کارکنان فعلی، تاثیر به سزایی در کاهش نرخ جابه جایی افراد از سازمان و ترک خدمت آنان دارد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و اولویت بندی انواع ارزش پیشنهادی کارکنان در کسب وکارهای دانش بنیان و با روش آمیخته (کیفی- کمی) انجام شد. در فاز کیفی نخست از راه مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با ۱۰ نفر از خبرههای شرکت های دانش بنیان، داده های موردنظر جمع آوری شده و به روش تحلیل تم تجزیه وتحلیل شد. در ادامه با هدف اولویت بندی انواع ارزش پیشنهادی شناسایی شده، پرسش نامه در میان ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان حوزه مربوط توزیع شد. برای تجزیه وتحلیل اطلاعات به دست آمده، روش بهترین- بدترین (BWM) استفاده شد. درنهایت با اولویت بندی ۱۴ ارزش اصلی، طراحی مسیر شغلی جذاب و هدفمند به عنوان مهم ترین ارزش و طراحی فرهنگ سازمانی دوستانه، به عنوان کم اهمیت ترین گونه ارزش پیشنهادی شناسایی شدند.
