نظریه پردازی فرایند مدیریت منابع استراتژیک abstract

هدف مقاله حاضر توسعه یک مدل فرایندی (شامل درون داد، میان داد و برون داد) برای مدیریت نظام مند منابع استراتژیک سازمان است. در این مقاله با اتخاذ رویکردی رقابتی و استراتژیک به مدیریت منابع سازمان، نخست یک طبقه بندی جدید از منابع توسعه داده شد. به این ترتیب که علاوه بر طبقه بندی منابع به درونی/ بیرونی، مشهود/ نامشهود و مالی/ انسانی/ فیزیکی/ سازمانی؛ منابع از مننظر رقابتی در سه گروه منابع در اختیار سازمان، منابع صرفا در اختیار رقبا و منابع آزاد (نه در اختیار رقبا ونه در اختیار سازمان) طبقه بندی شدند. در ادامه با فرض «ضروروت ایجاد رابطه میان منابع و عوامل عوامل کلیدی موفقیت» تبیین شد که استراتژیک بودن یک صفت دائمی برای برخی از منابع نیست بلکه منابع با توجه به عوامل کلیدی موفقیت می توانند از سطوح استراتژیک بودن متغیری برخوردار باشند. بر این اساس مراحل عمومی مدیریت منابع بازنگری و مدل جدید پنج مرحله ای تشریح و عناصر کلان سازمانی و فراسازمانی تاثیرگذار بر آن معرفی شد. یافته نهایی این پژوهش نظری که با اقتباس از روش شناسی نظریه پردازی لینهام انجام شده است، یک مدل علمی نظری - کاربردی است که می تواند هم به عنوان یک مدل مفهومی برای انجام تحقیقات علمی و هم به عنوان یک مدل کاربردی برای بررسی و بهبود سیستم مدیریت منابع سازمان مورد استفاده واقع شود.
