A review on the application of game theory insolving water resources problems abstract
In recent years, the inevitable consequences of rising demand as well as the reduction of reserves ofvarious natural resources, in particular, have led to an increase in disputes in the field of how to exploitand allocate them to different beneficiaries. The approach of allocating water based solely on the initialage usually will not lead to efficient use of water in the entire catchment area. In the meantime, theneed for a comprehensive and sustainable method to carry out the allocation in a way that all theinterested groups are at the highest level of satisfaction seems necessary. Game theory has gainedincreasing acceptance in various sciences due to the accuracy of predictions, taking into accountdifferent aspects of differences and not depending on quantitative data. optimal allocation of waterresources, from the perspective of game theory and by explaining and interpreting the existingconditions in the context of a cooperative game and explaining an optimal solution, it has attractedthe attention of engineers and economists for years. In cooperative games, in the sense that playerscan be aware of the decisions and strategies of other players in a clear environment, the game will bebased on cooperation and profit sharing from the alliance between players, and due to the existenceof our various alliances between players, the space Decision making is very competitive
