Today, in Digital world, protecting information has the fundamental and basic role in message and commercial exchange. In order to supply safe requirements of secured transaction, encryption will be used. Regarding to this subject importance and movement of traditional stage to digital one, becomingfamiliar with encryption methods will become necessary. In this study, an encryption algorithm for RGB color images by using (FRT) fractional fourier transform will be recommended. Encrypted color images divided into color components and Incorporated with second image index image and thenconverted to encryption Algorithm based on FRT. Recommended Algorithm of one random code and Random phase code used for twin images encryption.
