Abstract:

Hierarchical analysis on the productivity of the role of human resources based on competency patterns in construction projects with the aim of improving the environmental conditions based on the TOPSIS technique, focusing on the construction projects of the ۲nd district of Tehran, is studied. In this research, the hierarchical analysis method has been used to investigate the role and effect of competency patterns on the productivity of human resources in construction projects. Then, using the TOPSIS technique, theenvironmental conditions of the construction projects in the ۲nd district of Tehran have been examined in order to improve and upgrade them. In this research, using the data collected from the construction projects of the ۲nd district of Tehran, the relationship between competency patterns and the productivity of human resources in construction projects has been investigated. Then, by using the TOPSIS technique, the environmental conditions of the construction projects in the ۲nd district of Tehran have been analyzed and solutions to improve and improve the environmental conditions have been investigated. The results of this research can help construction project managers, human resource managers and other interested parties in improving the productivity and environmental conditions of construction projects. In addition, this researchcan help the managers and owners of construction projects to improve the efficiency and quality of the projects as well as their environmental conditions by improving the competency patterns and employing the right human resources in the projects. On the other hand, with the help of TOPSIS technique, solutions to improve the environmental conditions of the construction projects in the ۲nd district of Tehran will be investigated and presented.
