Abstract:

The interaction between entrepreneurship and optimal management of organizational processes in the business environment is a topic that has gained great importance in the global economic world. Entrepreneurship is known as a fundamental factor in the transformation and dynamism of organizations, while the optimal management of processes plays a fundamental role in organizational productivity and efficiency.In this article, the concept of entrepreneurship as a process of identifying and taking advantage of new opportunities has been discussed and its role in the development of organizations and the promotion of products and services has been discussed. Also, the concept of optimal management of organizational processes has been investigated as a tool to improve quality and increase productivity in organizations.The analysis of these two concepts shows that the positive interaction between entrepreneurship and optimal management of processes can lead to the creation of innovative opportunities and the improvement of organizational productivity. By providing examples and case studies, this article has addressed the key role of the interaction of these two concepts in the transformation and improvement of organizational performance.Finally, a deep understanding of this interaction and their intelligent integration into organizational strategies and policies will enable the acquisition of a dynamic and innovative business environment. As a scientific guide, this article encourages organizations in realizing entrepreneurial goals and optimizing internal processes.
