Effect of Instrumental and chemical Parameters on the response of Au/LCys/Au@-BC-Capped-C4MPN nano-structured sensor Determination of Insulin and Oxytocin in Human Blood Serum Sample

In this paper, a sensor was constructed by modifying gold electrode surface with a new nanostructured L-Cys/Au@-BC-Capped-C4MPN for theselective determination of Insulin and Oxytocin inHuman Blood Serum Sample. The characterization of the sensor was studied by cyclic and square wavevoltammetry techniques. Chemical and instrumental parameters of the measurements which affect the sensitivity of the sensors, including pH, concentration ofsupporting electrolyte, scan rate, frequency and amplitude were optimized. The proposed sensor shows simplepreparation, good reproducibility, long-term storagestability and accuracy in analysis. The sensor does not suffer from coexisting organic and inorganic materials.We expect the sensors of this type to be effective devices for applications in Insulin and Oxytocin detection in biological fluids.
