Abstract:

The construction industry relies significantly on effective Project Delivery Systems (PDS) to ensure successful project execution. These systems encompass various methodologies employed to manage the design, construction, and delivery phases. Understanding the nuances of different PDS methods is essential for project managers, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to navigate the complexities inherent in construction and project management. This article investigates global experiences in project delivery systems (PDS) and interprets regulatory changes to identify optimal options. This study delves into the multifaceted realm of PDS, drawing insights from worldwide experiences while interpreting regulatory adaptations to discern optimal system selections. The research explores a spectrum of crucial facets, commencing with an investigation into the evolution of PDS.
