Electrical and Magnetic Field around some Aromatic Heterocycles abstract
The aromaticity which is the effect of ring current induced in the delocalized π electrons of the aromatic ring play a critical rule in chemistry and biochemistry. In this research the structure of some aromatic heterocycles were optimized and then the electric and magnetic field above them were calculated. As the result it was shown that electric and magnetic fields of different aromatic heterocycles are not the equal and are unalike at all and the electric fields above the 6 member rings are higher than the 5 member ones. Instead it was shown that the magnetic fields above the 5 member rings are greater than others.
