FMC084975501 Synthesis and characterization of Bi1.66 Pb0.34 Sr2 Ca2 Cu3 Ox and Bi1.85 Pb0.35 Sr1.9 Ca2.1 Cu3.1 Oy by conventional solid-state reaction abstract

Superconducting BSCCO samples were prepared by a solid-state reaction with two molar ratio of 1.66:0.34:2.0:2.0:3.0. and 1.85:0.35:1.9.0:2.1:3.1. The powder calcined at 825°C and sintered at 840°C and Then, the oxide powder was pressed at room temperature with pressure of 9 tones. The samples were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and TC measurement using four-point probe. The analysis has showed that the compound has stronger superconducting properties than compound Bi1.85Pb0.35Sr1.9Ca2.1Cu3.1O10.Bi1.66Pb0.34Sr2Ca2Cu3O7.
