Analysis of the municipality's emphasis on the income from construction violations and its effect on the spatial-temporal distribution of unauthorized constructions abstract
Construction violations are one of the most important problems of rapid urbanization, especially indeveloping countries, and it means non-compliance with
building construction regulations in cities.The purpose of the current research is to analyze the municipality's emphasis on the income fromconstruction violations and its effect on the spatial-temporal distribution of unauthorizedconstructions in Bostan Abad city. The current research is applied in terms of purpose anddescriptive-analytical in terms of nature. Construction violations recorded in the Article 111Commission of Bostan Abad Municipality during a 5-year period (1931-1011) were analyzedtemporally and spatially using spatial analysis techniques in the ArcGIS software environment. Then,using the average nearest neighbor distance (ANN) model, the pattern of spatial distribution ofconstruction violations in Bostan Abad city during the 5-year period of study was determined.According to the results of the research, according to the frequency of construction violationsregistered in the
Article 111 commission of Bostan Abad city municipality during a period of 5 years(1931-1011), Farhangian, Valiasr and Molavi neighborhoods with (%10112), (%%012) respectively and(19052) percent, the highest percentage of the frequency of
construction violations during the 5-yearperiod. Also, the neighborhoods of Qarakore and Eskikandi with (0002) and (50.2) percentagesinclude the lowest percentage of construction violation reports registered in the Municipal Article111 Commission in Bostan Aba city during the 5-year period of study. The pattern of spatialdistribution of registered
building violations was also cluster type. It should be noted that most of theregistered
construction violations are related to
construction violations without a constructionpermit and excess construction permits, which have been registered in the form of residential andcommercial uses.
