The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing Organizational Learning and Cognitive Knowledge Management: A Systematic Review

Artificial Intelligence (AI), as an advanced technology, plays a vital role in enhancing organizational learning and cognitive knowledge management. This study aims to explore the impacts of AI in these two domains through a systematic review of articles published between 2015 and 2023. The research includes the analysis of 30 selected papers from reputable databases such as Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and SpringerLink, which examine the applications of AI in organizational learning and cognitive knowledge management. The findings indicate that AI can improve organizational learning processes by personalizing training and providing continuous feedback. Additionally, AI facilitates the optimization of processes such as knowledge retrieval and organization in cognitive knowledge management. By using advanced Natural Language Processing algorithms, organizations can extract knowledge more quickly and accurately from unstructured sources. However, challenges such as ethical concerns, resistance to technological changes, and high implementation costs limit the full potential of AI. Prominent opportunities such as automating repetitive tasks and facilitating knowledge sharing can enhance organizational productivity and innovation. The study suggests that organizations, to better leverage AI, should invest in employee training, develop the necessary infrastructure, and establish clear regulatory and ethical policies regarding AI.
