Densities and thermodynamic properties of binary mixture containing Aniline and Ethyl formate abstract

In this research, density of binary mixtures of aniline and ethyl formate in the temperature intervals (293.15 to 308.15) K were measured at the whole mole fractionrange. From the experimental data, excess molar volumes (VEm ), thermal expansion coefficients (α) and excess thermal expansion coefficients (αE) were calculated. Excess molar volumes (VEm ) were correlated by Redlich-Kister type equation as a function oftemperature. Excess molar volume for binary mixture ofethylformate and methylbenzoate, are negative. Thermal expansion coefficients, (α) , excess thermalexpansion coefficients, (αE) were calculated using experimental densities and excess molar volumes data. Also quantitative and qualitative values of excess molarvolumes and other parameters were explained by type and nature of molecular interactions between solutionelements.
