In this survey, sampling from 4 stations in three season, spring, summer and autumn was done. Mites extracted by Shaking Methodand Berlese funnel andmounted directly in Hoyer’s medium. In total 11 different families of Prostigmata were collected and identified. A total number of 119 Prostigmata mites in associated with the Oak tree were collected. A few species were phytophagous, but there is a great diversity of predatory mites onthe Oak tree. Most population was related to Cunaxidae and finally Teneriffidae had the least population. Based on conducted analysis, there is no significant difference between mite numbers in Kermanshah and Hamadan. Cunaxidae, with 22.7%, has the highest rate of relativeabundance. Data were analyzed with SPSS software finally. As a result, the faunestic potential can be used in pest control programs
