Ranking preferential voting system by using L1 − norm

In evaluating the relative efficiency of each candidate by Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), we obtain scores between zero and one. In this way, usually more than one candidate may be efficient in the DEA models and their scores are 1. Also the principal weaknesses of this procedure are how to choose the discrimination intensity functions for avoid. In order to solve these two problems above in this paper we using L1-norm for ranking extreme efficient candidate. The proposed method in this paper is able to remove the existing difficulties in some methods.
