More and more people as users gaining access to Location Based Services (LBS) . However, using LBS may raise privacy concern for users but people increasingly make use of tools which apply the concept of location. This study introduced a system to increase the environmental quality by finding out the place which is affected by visual and acoustic pollution trough Ubiquitous Volunteered Geospatial Information (U-VGI) information environments. We design a model to demonstrate how visual and acoustic pollution can be driven from the VGI without privacy concern. The collected data is in text form and since VGI websites faces a large volume of information, specific text mining algorithm is used to obtain desire data. This study compares the colour distribution in every direction of specific landscape to detect visual pollution caused by inappropriate colour distribution as well as elicits user’s idea about the sound of the environment. Two algorithms of sound data mining and visual data mining are handled here. The output of these algorithms is used to recommend those involved to produce such volunteered data to suggest them the most appropriate place depending to their psychological behaviors, and mental and physical disease. This state encourage people to participate more, and by doing so, a comprehensive data base will be developed.
