Study of working procedures on designing of harmonic climate (research, training village in central province)

Nowadays energy consumption in buildings got considerable share (amount) of whole energy yearly used in each country so consumption industry has important responsibility in imaging(show) of energy which belongs to all people .Architects (contractors) also in noticing on protection of energy in their designing got big responsibility and also have suitable opportunities .In Iran and especially in selected region for design of mentioned plan got many potentials that by use of maximum climatical specifications eliminate large amount of need on heating &chilling .Present research is for creation of space on research and education, environmental issues are considered where measures to reduce energy consumption and is considered normal as possible. Method used in this research is descriptive-analysis and collected information is library and field are described . Main purpose of research is to optimum use of energy and it’s relation with nature that it leads to show climetical ways on use of energy.
