Abstract:

Internet world and cybernetics space are the world where its users have possibility of any virtual task. Advances in internet, technology and information technology and moderncommunication have created tremendous opportunity for organizations and businesses in order to introduce the scope oftheir activities in every corner of the world (all over the world). Second Life is one of the networks in the Internet world which by creating a unique virtual world, has opened new way for ecommerce in various fields of advertising, investment, sales and products. One of the most striking features of the virtual network isthe creation of a new business in a manner that perhaps there are less spaces to be able to carry out such activity. Now, there is a widerange of jobs in cell network which have turned into virtual economic activity by establishing offices including companies likeDell, Nissan, Adidas and Microsoft; Surfing the Net with cell can make us feel the absence of Iranian virtual company or organization. In this study, in order to bold the name of Iranian company, by studying the SL technology and the established business, it was tried to know the barriers to these companies in order to create virtual organization in SL network; then, the strategy were presented to achieve this important matter.
