Abstract:

Adult stem cells which are derived from different tissues,with their unique abilities differentiate in to various phenotypes have the potential for cell therapy.The purpose of this study was the Induction of Chondrogenic Differentiation of Human Adipose-Derived Stem Cell with transforming growth factor -β1. human adipose mesenchymal stem cells were extracted and was amplified through several passages. Passage 3 cells were treated with chondrogenic medium,after 11 days, in the presence of inducingdifferentiation into cartilage were planted at the end of the term ,RT-PCR were used. In the present study,the isolated cells in terms of morphology, were fibroblast Based on. the results of RT-PCR, genes such as aggrecan and type II collagen in cultured chondrocytes differentiate into cartilage were expressed. Overall, we can say that human mesenchymal stem cells isolated from adipose differentiation can differentiate into cartilage.
