Abstract:

In the current competitive environment of global market, the reduction of costs and the preparation time, in addition the increase and the better control of the process are the main purpose of the supply chain that can be available by removing storing and retrieval process as the result of using crossdock. The main solution is finding the best routs and the appropriate time intervals for the both manufacturer and the customer in order to ship and receive shipments in networks. The problem is formulated as an integer linear problem and solved in various sizes using lingo software. The results demonstrated the ability of this software for the distribution planning in crossdocking networks
