Abstract:
This paper reports on a study into the effects of e-assessment-based instruction modules, applications and templates. The purpose of this qualitative study is to criticize beneficiaries' viewpoints on viability and practicality of e-assessment via a SWOT analysis technique in which well-defined parameters such as Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats (SWOT), based on the learners, teachers, administrators and testing experts' attitudes toward that pedagogical model and in line with Richard’s maxims are critically studied. Hence, an exploratory design is favored. That design is used because the aforementioned concepts need to be redefined. Then, the methodology will be dependable and the data analyzed will be workable. IT literacy is redefined to such an extent in which citizenship, classmate, student, etc. have shifted to a new concept, labeled users . These users can live in a variety of geographical spheres for their being a member of the virtual community. Teaching and assessment are put into such protocols, downloadable and unloadable. With the introduction of FOAF system, we replaced with html; there is no longer any need to supervise the candidates via dot com. This study expects the future attitude of improvement and development of e-assessment in the educational context with more relationship among learners, teachers, administrators and testing experts in educational settings, however such protocols rely on the explanations of IT and testing experts.
