Abstract:

Background: The aim of this research is studying on young men tends toward leisure time exercise in Isfahan. Materials and Methods: it used a questionnaire which planed by researcher & it was about Kenyon assessing attitude toward physical activity. The tending questionnaire included 18 questions & it distributed among 384 young persons (15-30 years old) in Isfahan that 338 persons of them filled questionnaires then for measuring the contend validity was usedKendall test that its coefficient was 0.79. The reliability coefficients of all questions were 0.80 that obtained by Cornronbach alpha & it was favorable & the sampling method was random cluster & for data deductive analyzing was used dependent t-test & Friedman's test inmeaningful level test (P ≤ 0.01) Results and Discussions: showed that there were meaningful differences between tendingto exercise (motor activities) & physical activities. Conclusion: the teachers must be paid attention to the youth's exercises & their tends &learned more better by knowing players' favorites & moods & provided best environment thatthey continued to their activities in favorable sport. The coaches must pay attention to the sports & youth's attitudes toward sport & learned them by knowing the favorites & their spirits
