Abstract:

A 90-day feeding-trial, Common Carp, Cyprinus carpio, juvenile (initial weight: 30.50±1.50 g) were reared at a density of 50 Common Carp /m3, in 12 circular fiberglass-tanks with a capacity of 1000 liters each. The experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design in three experimental treatments named as A-Max- Carp, Celmanax- Carp and Bacillus- Carp, which refer to feeding the fish juvenile by each of the three experimental diets. Three experimental diet with isoprotein, lipid and energy (50%, 10% and 4500 cal/g respectively) were supplemented with 1 g of A-Max per kg of diet, Celmanax of 1ml of liquid per kg of diet and concentration of 1×1010 CFU/kg of diet respectively. The experimental diets (A-Max, Celmanax and Probiotic bacilli) were mixed with A-Max suspension (A-Max meal in 200 ml of water were mixed with 1 kg of diet), Celmanax (1 ml of Celmanax in 200 ml of water were mixed with 1 kg of diet) and concentration of 1×1010 spors of 5 species of endospore probiotic bacilli The Carp juveniles were fed by these three experimental diets respectively. At the end of the experiment, all remaining Carp juvenile were counted and the growth parameters were measured for all the fish. The carcass body-composition of the Common Carp juvenile were analyzed according to AOAC (1990). The highest carcass dry matter of carp juvenile (29.15%) was obtained in treatment of Bacillus-Carp treatment, while the lowest of this feeding parameter was obtained in control group (25.62%) and Bacillus-Carp treatment had significant different with the control group and three other experimental treatments. The maximum level experimental diet was showed in the treatment of A-Max –Carp (68.60).The maximum of crude energy in carcasses of Carp juveniles (4724.76 cal/g) were obtained in Baillus-Carp treatment and had signif icantly difference with other experimental treatments (p0.05).
