Green Synthesis of pyrazol‑chromeno[2,3‑d]pyrimidine‑ones using SBA-Pr-SO3H

A three-compnent reaction between salicylaldehydes, barbituric acid, pyrazolones was accomplished in the presence of sulfonic acid functionalized nanoporous silica (SBA-Pr-SO3H) as catalyst, to prepare pyrazolchromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidine-ones derivatives in water as green solvent.
