The Analysis and Design of Memristor Based High Frequency Filter abstract
MEMRISTOR or „memory resister‟ was formulated and named by Leon Chua in a 1971 paper. In 2008, a team at Hewlett Packard (HP) lab announced the development of a switching memristor based on a thin film of titanium dioxide. The application of a switchable memristor in a filter exhibits the behavior of fundamental parameters of the current. Theresults of simulation in advance design system (ADS) with an equivalent circuit demonstrated that a circuit with high filtering, high quality, cut off frequency regulation, ideal frequency response and low power consumption can be designed and implemented in memristor based filters.
