Abstract:
The issue of submission of sales is an important legal subject that is discussed in sale contract and one of the issues regarding submission of sales is to analyze its impacts. The impacts of submitting sales that in this article will be discussed shortly are transferring guarantee, enforcing commitment, aborting the right of imprisonment and other less important cases. As administered wide range of studies regarding general effects of submitting sales in Iran’s law, in this study we aimed to analyze the effects of submitting the sales in Iran’s law international sale conventions in less important cases.
