Abstract:

Now power three-phase UPS are usually imported from foreign countries so, achieving the manufacturing technology of them is so difficult and crucial. As result, designing each procedure part of UPS such as inverter is gained attentions. In this paper, design and implementation of a DSP based three phase power inverter is investigated with Proportional-Resonant Controller(PRC) and Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation (SPWM) technique which are employed to proper in linear and nonlinear loads. Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) under the step load are also considered in details. For these purposes, in this paper in addition to using the method of resonance with the inner loop current controller, the control and operation algorithms of inverter and all analog signal after converting into digital form are implemented in DSP(TMS320F28335). Experimental results and different simulation results using MATLAB under linear and nonlinear loads are presented to evaluate the proposed control method. It has features such as improving efficiency, eliminating of output distortion by using of a proper filter in control system we obtain THD at output voltage less than 5% and voltage regulation less than 3%.
