Study of factors that makes the trust of citizens to the municipality (Case Kerman city)

Public confidence is interaction on the hand an organization (municipality) and on the other hand is citizens. When plays one of these two roles, the final assessment of public confidence would be goodcondition. In this study, the awareness of the public confidence in the municipality City of Kerman on anyaspect of public confidence, such as accountability, the performance of local public services to citizens and inform citizens, have been investigated. This study examines the relationship between independentvariables with descriptive approach and solidarity, public accountability, the performance ofmunicipality in providing services and information to citizens, public confidence is the dependent variable. Questionnaire and survey sample included 300 residents of the city of Kerman were selected through random sampling. The results showed that there is a significant positive relationship betweeneach of the independent variables and the dependent variable. The results also show that public confidence in the citizens of the City of Kerman is low and the citizens of the municipality did not have much satisfaction to the public confidence.
