Abstract:
The present study aims to ascertain emerging opportunities and challenges of green marketing in developing and under developing countries. Green marketing has emerged as an important concept in thedeveloping and underdeveloped countries in the world. There is growing interest among the consumers allover the world regarding the protection of environment.as a result of this green marketing has emerged which speaks for growing market for sustainable and socially responsible products and services. Many companies have started realizing that they must behave in an environment-friendly fashion. They setthemselves environmental objectives as well as corporate and profit objectives. This paper aims at findingout what actually green marketing and how can business firm be more competitive by using green marketing strategies
