RELATIVE TOPOLOGICAL DYNAMICS

In this paper the notion of topological dynamics from the viewpoint of an obsrver is considered, Quasi-minimal-relative topological dynamics which is an approach to the notion of minimality for the non-invariant state spaces is studied. An extension of the notion of transitivity from the point of view of an observer is considered. Non-wandering sets for a relative topological dynamics is studied.
