Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to realize how organizations have been sustaining their growth through applying technology transfer factors. Regarding the thematic nature of research model, experts’ opinion in Oil industry, Companies in oil industry have been examined in current study included: 1- Oil pipeline and telecommunication company 2- Oil products distribution company 3- National Gas Company in Semnan and Khorasan province have been brought for this research as statistic population. Numbers of experts participating in the study were 30 persons who were interested in improving discussion. The main tools used for gathering the data in this study were company records and questionnaire. In this study, Companies were ranked regarding to sub-scales related to different levels of factors effective on technology transfer of Oil industry by using FAHP. The results obtained from fuzzy AHP methods indicate that oil pipeline and Telecommunication Company, is more important than national gas company, and Oil Product Distribution Company. The results obtained from fuzzy AHP method according to the technology transfer factors indicate that technological feature is of most importance for oil industry than organizational feature, personnel feature, and industrial feature. According to the technological feature scale, it is concluded that diffusion is the most important factor among the other factors.
