Abstract:
A framework for conflict over waste load allocation in river system is presented in this study. The stakeholders as well as their objectives and preferences are considered in form of utility functions. A multi-stage barge bargaining process is a suitable platform using a system dynamics based approach that could that could provide a basis for conflict resolution among the players. To evaluate the spatial and temporal variation of the concentration of the players. To evaluate the spatial and temporal variation of the concentration of the water quality indicators in the system, a water quality simulation model van be linked to the conflict resolution model. In the methodology use, the role of a pre-assigned utility to different water users has been explored. The allocated utilities should be tested and adjusted in order to provide an agreement and compromise among them. The proposed models is applied to the Karkheh River located in the southwest of Iran. The results in forms of reliability , resiliency and vulnerability of the system are determined that shows the significant value of the proposed methodology .
