Abstract:
A microstrip dipole patch antenna is designed to operate at 0.3 THz frequency (the first atmospheric window) promising for the future wireless communications. A PBG structure is applied to the substrate, andantenna parameters have been optimized that shows significant enhancement in characteristics such as gain, directivity, and return loss.
