Abstract:

Skilled and efficient workforce is the most valuable wealth and asset of any organization. Issues related to organizational learning is one of the factors that leads to improve the efficiency of human resources. The main purpose of this research is investigate the effect of organization learning on employee productivity of Keshavarzi Bank and Boyer in Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province in 2015. The population of the study consisted of all employees of Keshavarzi Bank in Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province which 175 persons were selected as the subjects of the study. The questionnaire with 30 questions was distributed among them. Questionnaire reliability with Cronbach s alpha was calculated 0.81. Collected information were analyzed by SPSS software. Research findings showed that from the audience perspective factors such as personal skills, mental models, shared vision, systems thinking, team learning have a significant effect on employee productivity of Keshavarzi Bank in Kohgiloyeh and Boyer Ahmad Province
