Technology Audit in Kharazmi Information TechnologyCorporation

Information technology can be considered as the key for now era of world of technology and recognition oftechnological capability, for any production or service organization is a matter of necessity. So in this studytechnological capability has been reviewed by two methods of atlas of technology and TAM. as the case isKHARAZMI it development corp. by applying atlas of technology method and TAM this corporation has beenaudited and results of this two methods are being compared. Also dimensions of atlas of technology have beencompared with state of computer machines of Iran. For calculation in atlas method paired comparison (eigenvector)is applied. Alpha-Cronbach for 4 dimensions are calculated as 0.85-0.96 For atlas and 0.946 for TAM.Points resulted for technological capability of four dimensions in atlas method in scale of 0-1 are 0.58(technoware)0.45(infoware), 0.66(orgaware) and 0.53(humanware). Therefor Technology content resulted for 4 dimensions inatlas method (TCC) 0.56 and alike number in TAM method is 0.784.
