Text summarization using sentiment analysis

The amount of textual information especially on web have been drastically increased in recent years. When people concluded that processing this bunch of information is extremely time-consuming and expensive, summarization came to the era. Text summarization can be accomplished using different techniques such as term frequency, inverse document frequency (TFIDF). On the other hand, sentiment analysis which is the task of extracting the sentiment polarity from data (especially text) has been used to improve text summarization. In this paper, sentiment analysis is exploited to do text summarization in English. The obtained results approve the performance of proposed method
