Many studies have showed that people living in environments with more green space, has better physical and mental health than people living with less green space . Public green space includes parks and reserves, sporting fields, riparian areas like stream and river banks, greenways and trails, community gardens, street trees, and nature conservation areas can provide nature visiting places for people who lived in cities. Green space not only affect stress and mental problems directly, but also have indirect effects by acting against the health impacts of stressful life events. People who are residents of the greenest urban had significantly lower risks of having mental health than those in the least green areas so it shows very direct relation between mental health and green environment. The outdoor environment effects on how a person can physically be active by offering suitable spaces for certain types of activities. Natural features of environment can encourage people to favor walking or cycling over other transport modes by making routes to destinations more attractive; however there are some important factors, like, distance to destination, availability of suitable infrastructure and safety. All the reviewed evidence have been shown the idea that interacting with Nature can provide positive effects on health and well-being.
